Hi, I'm Ray, founder of Motion MKTG.

I started this agency to give businesses a marketing partner who actually understands the grind and what it takes to earn trust, keep clients, and stay booked.

Before Motion MKTG, I worked in general contracting, sales, and marketing, along with a variety of other industries including ecommerce and retail operations. My background across both blue-collar and white-collar environments gives me a practical understanding of what real businesses need and helps me connect with clients on every level.

I've worked directly with Google as a Local Ads Strategist, setting up and optimizing thousands of Google Ads accounts across North America. That experience taught me how to drive real results and how to help businesses rank higher on Google.

I also completed a digital marketing certification through the University of Toronto, building on the real-world knowledge already in my tool-belt.

One area I'm especially passionate about is branding. To me it's more than just visuals, it's an art form. I've always had a creative eye, and helping businesses craft a brand that actually feels like them is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
